John's POV
"I want this baby out of me! Tell Dr. Byers I want to be induced!" Ellie huffed tearfully. She is three days overdue and there is no sign of labor yet. Not only was she uncomfortable, but Ellie is more restless and irritable as the days passed on. Gone was my sweet mate. She had been replaced by a harridan with a hair-trigger temper. I never knew what would set Ellie off. I was about to take her to Dr. Byers myself and demand he do something to get our baby born!!
"Ellie, you're just three days past your due date..." Karyn's attempts to placate Ellie just made her even more mad.
"I haven't slept in days! Every time I drink I'm making dashes to the bathroom because she's using my bladder as a trampoline! I can't take much more of this and I look absolutely hideous!" Ellie wail
