I watch as they shuffle around, switching partners once they are paired. "Alright, begin," I call out.
Strolling through them as they practice dishing out tips to those who need them.
"Remember, lock that arm around their leg, hold tight, then kick at their knee."
I stopped a few times to readjust some of their holds. "If you do not hook your foot on their leg, kicking out the other leg will not work. It's like a lever hook, then kick."
