If Cassie choked on her tea, Kelly didn’t blink and neither did Elijah spare a second look at the lady. Cassie wondered what kind of weirdoes she worked for. They both behaved like they were made of stone. She closed her eyes firmly and took a sip of coffee. She didn’t want to see his face anymore. They were now alone and he didn’t even notice her like he was doing 3 minutes ago. Cassie felt self conscious of how she ate and even sipped her coffee! It was ridiculous! The door beeped open again and Kelly walked in. She took her seat with her attention solely on Elijah who raised an eyebrow at her.
