“Fer?” My voice cracked, “Fer, please open the door,” My breath hitched in my throat as I slid down the door. I’d been at it all night, begging him to hear me out. I knew I was a fool – an i***t for trusting Aiden all over again. I should have known he never did anything without some hidden intention.
