CHAPTER 16 : AURORA'S POV

I walked to the bathroom and entered it , I placed my hands on the sink and looked in the mirror. I had so much questions about Jeremiah , for instance the first day I saw him in class ,I knew something was different about him. Then when he protected me from his Beta , the time he came to my house , growling at the vampires and then pulling me by my waist to protect me from them. What and who was he to me ?

I went back to class and took a seat ''you alright ?'' ''yeah Dorian I'm fine! ''

Classes finished and everyone went to the gym room. I took a seat on the stands'' you don't want to fight today Aurora?'' ''no Mr. Cross -may I skip practice today ?'' ''okay its fine! '' I watched everybody fight and then it came to Jeremiah -he was fighting this vampire .If I remember correctly wolves and vampires weren't exactly close. There was a lot of clawing and blood being spilled , Jeremiah growled at this vampire , all the vampires looked away and the wolves were proud. His eyes caught mine and he retracted his fangs , every time he looked at me his wolf side softened .

The fighting ended , I got up from the stands and walked out of the gym room. I left school and as I was almost home-the rain came pouring down .I could've teleported myself home but where's the fun in that ? I ran while the rain was pouring down -it felt so refreshing. I reached my house and ran up the stairs - I took my clothes off and ran to the shower ,once the hot water touched me-it felt truly amazing. I took my time washing myself and my hair. I got out, wrapped a towel around me and walked to my closet- put on my undergarments and then this cute cartoon long sleeve cozy warm pajamas set. I blow dried my hair and plaited it, I put on some ankle socks and did some homework.

I felt for some hot chocolate so I made my way to the kitchen. Dylan was nowhere to be found , maybe he'll be back just now. I went back to my room and sat on my bay window - I placed a blanket around me and drank my hot chocolate while looking at the forest-it was so beautiful when it rained . I took a book out and started reading.

''I'm home ! '' Dylan came running in my room ''hi Aurora ! '' ''hey kiddo, you hungry ?'' ''nope ,can I watch TV ?'' ''you have any homework?'' ''no! '' ''okay then go and watch! ''

It was about 7 pm and I got up , I heard a few growls outside .I put on jeans, sweater , ankle boots and ran down the stairs and opened the door and locked it. There was this girl and 3 wolves after her - I ran out in front of the wolves ,I don't know why but I had the urge to protect her.

I turned to look at her ''RUN ! '' she was a hunter from my fathers pack. '' Hello wolves ! '' I picked my hands up and steadied my magic on it , the soil from the ground lifted up , the wolves started stepping back and then they ran.
