CHAPTER 4 : AURORA'S POV

After classes we had training in the gym-they taught us how to fight other creatures. I was standing next to Principal Anderson in the gym , I was watching how the others were fighting ,next up was me. ''Mr. Cross this is Aurora Harkins -a new student ! '' ''Aurora Harkins ?!'' the teacher walked up to me and kissed my hand , I was utterly surprised , I mean he knew my mother-well that part his mind told me.

'' You look so different then your mother , its amazing ! '' ''thank you ! '' '' so Principal Anderson , what is she ?'' ''Mr. Cross she's a psychic witch with the voice ! '' '' But your parents are wolves , how come ?'' ''It happens sometimes due to genetics but also wolves can bear other creatures meaning its not guaranteed of having a wolf pup ! '' '' So you the only different one ?'' ''yes , my 2 brothers are alphas and my smaller brother is guaranteed to be a wolf ! '' '' I apologize ! '' '' its okay ! '' '' Well then lets see if you can kick some ass ! '' I smile at him and he smiles back '' so you going to start fighting a wolf , then a vampire and lastly a shape-shifter , good luck ! ''

I stood in the center of the gym room , one of the guys shifted into his wolf form -he was this brown wolf. He darted towards me , I have to think carefully -am I going to use magic or my psychic abilities . I looked in the wolfs black eyes . I was using telepathy to dwell in his mind , wolves were enemies with Mountain lions also known as a Cougar. I narrowed my eyes at him -I decided to use my psychic ability , telepathy. Not only am I able to read people's minds but I can also project images in their mind . I was thinking of a Mountain lion ( Cougar ) I've seen one before and heard of it - they live in forests; Wetlands , deserts and mountains or any place where deer's are present . I thought of its roar , I'm lucky I'm still alive -it clearly didn't like me .

The wolf was almost near me - I focused on the Mountain lions roar . The wolf stopped and stepped back, he smelt the air and looked back at me . He knew I used mind tricks on him , he turned back and went to sit down -the rest of the wolves inquired from him what happened and he told them.

'' Next up is a vampire ! '' the vampire smirked at me -it was the same one who inquired about my eye color . I was so caught up in my thoughts that I didn't have time to think about a strategy and before I knew it I was laying on the floor and the vampire was on top of me . '' You smell good , can't wait to taste your sweet blood ! '' I decided to use telepathy again , vampires didn't like fire so I decided to let him see himself trapped in fire , he looked deeply in my eyes and his eyes started watering -he got off me and walked away . The principal checked on him to see if he was okay '' lastly a shape-shifter ! ''

The shape-shifter decided to be brave and turn into a dragon -this was easy . They were weak against water so this time I couldn't use telepathy so I used apportation - I teleported a bucket of water from another location and used telekinesis on him -manipulating the water to touch him.
