Few minutes later
Sarah's POV~
"Is that a bear you are touching!?!" Luke exclaimed from a distance, getting closer.
"Uh... no..?" I replied cautiously.
"Nice try." Luke replied
.
.
.
.
I just had the weirdest dream.
I made friends with a bear in it.
"You're awake! Finally!" I heard Calum exclaim from above me, while holding my phone to his ear.
"What?" I groaned.
"Well, Stella was calling your cell phone and you weren't awake, so I picked it up for you, and now she wants to talk to you." He replied while handing the phone to me.
"Hello?" I said groggily, still in the waking-up stage after a nap.
"Sarah! I've been calling you for ages!" She yelled and I pulled the phone away from my ears a little to prevent from going deaf.
"Well I'm here now." I said, rolling my eyes.
"So I noticed that you canceled your concert last week to go check on your brother and everyone else, yes? Well, since you are already in New York, I managed to get you a concert at MSG. We did not do refunds of the tickets, but we transferred the money to the arena and everyone who paid, get to go. Any questions?" She paused for me.
"How will I be able to play if I'm on crutches, and when is the concert." I asked.
"You figure out how your going to play, I don't care, and the concert is today in about... 4 hours." She replied.
"WHAT!" I yelled into the phone.
"I wish you luck! Your instruments are already there, as well as your friends, and I tweeted about the concert on your band account! Goodbye!" Then she hung up and I groaned.
"Well, I have a concert today." I told Calum and he smiled.
"Where?" He asked.
"MSG." I replied and he tilted his head slightly in confusion.
"Madison Square Garden, Cal. But I'm on crutches, how will I be able to play my guitar?" I groaned as I sat up.
"Not sure, but do you have a sound check right now?" He asked and I nodded.
"Lets get going then, I'll get everyone else, you start walking out of here." He said before helping me stand.
.
.
.
.
I entered the arena through where I am supposed to, and saw all of my friends on the stage tuning up their instruments.
"Hey guys!" I hollered and their head snapped up.
"Forbs!" Alison shouted before jumping off the stage and running my way quickly.
"What happened to you?" She asked when she reached me, looking down at my right leg.
"Oh, a few broken bones, strain muscles. No big deal." I replied as we started walking to the stage.
"Where are the stairs?" I asked and they pointed behind them. Quickly, I made my way to them, climbed up them, before walking towards my guitar.
"Whats our set guys?" I asked.
"Well, we were thinking FFG first, then I'd Change Everything, Take On The World, a cover of Light Em' Up, maybe be a little funny and do a cover of Say You Like Me, a cover of American i***t, a few random songs, then, a surprise so of Don't Stop Believing for all the people in need." Chase said.
"I like it." I smiled. "Lets start rehearsing."
.
.
.
.
About 20 minutes after we started the sound check, the 1D lads and everyone else started pouring in, though we didn't pay much attention, we were focused on the music.
They sat in the front row and watched us play silently.
We were currently playing American i***t, only the instruments, not the words.
I messed up a few of the notes since my left arm was propped up against a crutch, and I was starting to get frustrated.
When I messed up another note, I stopped playing completely.
"Stupid Stella." I mumbled as I let the crutch drop slowly onto the ground as I balance on one foot.
Once I was ready, I started playing again, easily catching up on the notes.
Once we were finished with the song, James and Alison looked over at me.
"You alright?" Alison asked and I nodded softly.
"Yeah, why don't we do number 4?" I said and they nodded.
If you don't know what 'number 4' means, I'll explain.
When we do songs, we usually number them so we don't have to say the actual name.
These are the numbered songs for the concert.
1. FFG
2. I'd Change Everything
3. Take On The World
4. Light Em' Up
5. Torn
6. Say You Like Me
7. Another Now
8. Rather Be
9. American Idiot
10. All About That Bass
11. Just Saying
12. Midnight Memories
13. Diana
14. Don't Stop Believing
Yep, 14 songs.
Anyways...
"This'll be fun." I smiled into the mic before looking at the stands. "By the way, what took you guys so long to get here?"
"Niall had to stop for food." Harry replied and I laughed.
"Well, you look like you all got run over, completely battered." I said as I tweaked my guitar a bit.
"We ran here." Luke laughed and I shook my head knowingly.
"Alright..." I trailed off before looking at my friends.
"Shall we?" I said and Maddie giggled.
"We shall, madam." She replied.
We waited for Chase to start playing his drums before singing.
Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa.
Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa.
B-B-B-Be careful making wishes in the dark, dark
Can't be sure when they've hit their mark
And besides in the mean, mean time
I'm just dreaming of tearing you apart
I'm in the de-details with the devil
So now the world can never get me on my level
I just gotta get you off the cage
I'm a young lover's rage
Gonna need a spark to ignite
My songs know what you did in the dark
So light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
I'm on fire
So light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
I'm on fire
Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa.
In the dark, dark
Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa.
In the dark, dark
All the writers keep writing what they write
Somewhere another pretty vein just dies
I've got the scars from tomorrow and I wish you could see
That you're the antidote to everything except for me, me
A constellation of tears on your lashes
Burn everything you love, then burn the ashes
In the end everything collides
My childhood spat back out the monster that you see
My songs know what you did in the dark
So light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
I'm on fire
So light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
I'm on fire
Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa.
In the dark, dark
Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa.
In the dark, dark
My songs know what you did in the dark
(My songs know what you did in the dark)
So light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
I'm on fire
So light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
Light 'em up, up, up
I'm on fire
Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa.
In the dark, dark
Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa.
In the dark, dark
Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa.
Well,
That.
Was.
WICKED!
I smiled as everyone clapped for us.
"That was perfect!" Ashton shouted and I smiled.
"Of course it was! It's one of our favourite songs!" I replied.
"Well, we should keep practicing." I said before suggesting number 6.

Still Sarah's POV~
(Attachment is the real Take On The World by Rowan Blanchard and Sabrina Carpenter. I HOPE YOU LIKE!)
"This is Take On The World!" I shouted over the scream of the fans.
I've been waitin'
For a day like this to come
Struck like lightnin'
My heart's beating like a drum
On the edge of something wonderful
Face to face with changes
What's it all about?
Life is crazy
But I know I can work it out
Cause' I got you to live it with me
I feel all right, I'm gonna take on the world
Light up the stars, I've got some pages to turn
I'm singing oh oh oh
oh oh oh oh
I've got a ticket to the top of the sky
I'm comin' up, I'm on the ride of my life
I'm singing oh oh oh
oh oh oh oh
Take on the world [x6]
Puzzle pieces, throw them up into the air
Taking chances
Moments happen everywhere
I got you to live it with me
I feel all right, I'm gonna take on the world
Light up the stars, I've got some pages to turn
I'm singing oh oh oh
oh oh oh oh
I've got a ticket to the top of the sky
I'm comin' up, I'm on the ride of my life
I'm singing oh oh oh
oh oh oh oh
Take on the world [x5]
Flyin' high
I won't look down
Let my fears fall to the ground
I feel all right, I'm gonna take on the world
Light up the stars, I've got some pages to turn
I've got a ticket to the top of the sky
I'm comin' up, I'm on the ride of my life
I feel all right, I'm gonna take on the world
Light up the stars, I've got some pages to turn
I'm singing oh oh oh
oh oh oh oh
I've got a ticket to the top of the sky
I'm comin' up, I'm on the ride of my life
I'm singing oh oh oh
oh oh oh oh
Take on the world [x12]
I smiled at the crowd before going into Light Em' Up.

"I'm so thankful to all of you people here that have supported us so much, even though we've been around for a month or two, and we already have a HUGE fan base. I, we, want to say that we love you so much and you mean the world to us.
This song is dedicated to all of those homeless people, the kids dying of hunger, autistic kids, kids with cancer, with disease, to everyone in need. To my best friend Anna that's in the hospital and couldn't make it today. We want all of those precious people to know this: Don't Stop Believing guys. We care about all of you.
This song is dedicated to everyone in the world. This song is called Don't Stop Believing." I finished my mini speech and the crowd went wild as we started the song.
Literally.
Phones were swaying in the night, creating this multi colored wave of light. Screaming, crying, laughing, everything.
I looked at the right wing of the stage and saw everyone.
Luke, Calum, Harry, Liam, Ashton, Zayn, Niall, Michael, Louis, Talia, Audrey, Anna, and my mom, Liz.
Anna...
Anna?
Anna! She came...
She was in a wheelchair, smiling at me, while my mom had an arm draped around her shoulders, then Talia and Audrey standing beside Anna.
It was beautiful.
I motioned everyone to stop playing.
I looked back at the crowd and smiled, before motioning for them to quiet down. It turned deadly silent.
"Now, if you stay quiet, I can get my friends to come onto the stage. But you have to stay quiet, don't freak out. C.A.L.M please." I said and the crowd stayed quiet.
"Come on guys." I said, motioning to everyone to come onto the stage and they looked at me uncertainly.
We don't want to steal the spotlight. Luke mouthed at me.
"Just get on here!" We all yelled and they shrugged before slowly walking on.
And thankfully, the crowd stayed quiet.
I noticed that Anna, mom, Talia, and Audrey stayed behind.
"Come on. I said my friends, that includes you guys too." I smiled as they came on as well.
"WHy don't we welcome 5 Seconds Of Summer, One Direction, Anna Haynes, Liz Hemmings, and Talia and Audrey!" I yelled into the mic and the crowded roared loudly.
I heard a ton of people yell We love you Anna! and I smiled, so did she.
"So this is Don't Stop Believing. I want everyone to sing along with us." I said as James and Brandon started playing.
Just a small town girl
Livin' in a lonely world
She took the midnight train
Goin' anywhere
I smiled as I heard the boys, mom, Anna, Talia, Audrey, and the crowd singing along.
Just a city boy
Born and raised in South Detroit
He took the midnight train
Goin' anywhere
A singer in a smokey room
The smell of wine and cheap perfume
For a smile they can share the night
It goes on and on and on and on
Strangers waiting
Up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching
In the night
Streetlights, people
Livin' just to find emotion
Hidin' somewhere in the night
Workin' hard to get my fill
Everybody wants a thrill
Payin' anything to roll the dice
Just one more time
Some will win
Some will lose
Some were born to sing the blues
Oh, the movie never ends
It goes on and on and on and on
Strangers waiting
Up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching
In the night
Streetlights, people
Livin' just to find emotion
Hidin' somewhere in the night
[Sarah's Instrumental interlude]
The crowd went wild when I did my instrumental.
Don't stop believin'
Hold on to that feelin'
Streetlights, people
Don't stop believin'
Hold on
I motioned to Chase to stop drumming and come forward to the front of the stage.
Streetlights, people
Don't stop believin'
Hold on to that feelin'
Streetlights, people
I smiled at everyone lined up at the edge of the stage before we all wrapped our arms around each other, then bowing.
I guess my dream came true, and I was able to share it with everyone.
.
.
I'm happy.
I saw my mother, they released Anna from the hospital, and everyone's dream came true.
Carah was official.
Lianna was official.
Luddie was official.
Malison was going to be a thing, but it switched to Aslison, so that became official.
Chase, Brandon, and James are forever single.
Maybe.
Everyone had a happy ending, except me.

Still Sarah's POV~
I looked at the ground as I walked in the rain towards the cafe where I was supposed to meet Calum.
He said he had something important to say.
The bell dinged over my head as I entered the cafe, but I froze.
Calum was early.
A high pitched noise came out of my mouth as I watched them kiss heavily.
Calum was, he was, was c-cheating?
So the important thing was that was going to break up with me?
Calum squirmed, trying to get out of her grip, but I already saw what I needed to see.
As my feet pounded against the ground, sprinting, and my name came out of his corrupted lips and into my throbbing ears.
I ran faster, wanting to get away, just running randomly, and eventually, I found myself at home.
I went inside quickly, seeing no one was home, and quickly ran into the kitchen.
Where is it!?! I thought frantically.
I need it! I need to relieve myself from this foreign pain in my heart!
I fumbled through the drawers clumsily searching for it as fists pounded on the front door.
I held it tightly once I found it, right over my wrist, shaking, knowing the relief that was going to come.
As it dug into my skin, I let my tears fall as it ripped my skin again, and again, and again...
Clouds covered my vision as it ripped, and ripped...
Relief. I need relief! I shouted in my mind as I screamed out, it digging even further into my skin.
I immediately felt it.
Relief.
The front door burst open, revealing four boys.
One with black hair, one with blue, one with brown, one with blond.
"Sarah!!!!!" They yelled, but I was already drifting into my favourite dark abyss.
