Lily sat in Sean's car, the atmosphere inside feeling a bit heavy.
She looked out the window. The night was deep, and the streetlights made the city shimmer like a dream. Sean didn't say a word, his brow slightly furrowed.
Lily felt a little uneasy. She knew Sean wasn't someone who easily showed his emotions. The quieter he was, the more complex his thoughts probably were.
The silence in the car made her gradually feel tired. Thinking too much didn't help, so she figured it was better to rest for a bit. She yawned involuntarily and quickly covered her mouth with her hand, worried Sean might notice.
But he did. Sean turned his head slightly, his gaze landing on her face. It seemed like he wanted to say something, but in the end, he simply gave a calm order: "Drive faster."
