Hope rushed after Everly, pulling Francesca after her. She could hear Francesca's sobs as she tried to keep up. She was barely able to stay upright and Hope was pushing her on, faster and faster to keep up with Everly and Alexander.
Alexander stopped and punched a code into the wall, a door opened and he pushed Everly, Hope, and Francesca inside before he quickly pounded in another code and the door closed and locked behind them. There was a light in the room, it was dim, a storm light. They could see each other and the room, but it wasn't very bright. There were several couches around the room, they were big enough to double as a bed if they needed. Along one wall were boxes of food and jugs of water.
