Aiden P.O.V

My name is Aiden Collins and I am the Alpha of the Gold flower pack. I am 20yrs of age and yes everyone in my pack take me to be a ruthless and merciless man. They even think that I don't need a mate because I am strong but what they don't know is I am actually longing for my mate. I have been searching for my mate since I turned 18yrs but to no avail I haven't found her yet. My parents are always telling me to be patient but isn't two years enough? Can't she just show up already. l woke up from bed remembering that I have class today so I showered and wear my black jeans, my gray shirt and my black jacket. As I opened my door I met up with Dave and Daniel.

Dave: Hey buddy, early as always."He said as he put his hands on my shoulder.

Daniel: That's because his life is boring without his mate." Daniel said smirking."

Aiden: May I ask why you two are always reminding me about that? " I asked looking at both of them."

Dave: we'll tell you next time." Dave said as they both walk forward leaving me behind. Sometimes I ask myself why I tolerate them but then only I Know the answer to that question. Anyway Dave and Daniel are my friends since childhood so we're best friends but sometimes they are so annoying. Dave is my beta and Daniel is my gamma when it comes to the pack issues."

Lily: Early as always brother." Lily said as I entered the dining room."

Aiden: Why does you and Dave keep saying the same thing? l asked as I joined my parents on the table."

Lily: Hmmmm maybe it's because he's my mate." Yes she always torture me with that particular fact. Lily is my twin sister and she is mated to Dave my best friend and beta.

Lisa: Come on dear stop teasing your brother." And this is my mom the Luna of our pack."

Anthony: Don't worry son you will find your mate soon." And that's my dad the Alpha of this pack but since he has stepped down giving me the position he is now the past Alpha of this pack."

Dave: Guys we're late." Dave said as we all jump out of our seat,grab our bags and Rush out of the pack house."

Aiden: Who's driving? " I asked"

Daniel: I am." he answered."

Aiden: Okay let's go." l said as I throw him the keys. He grabbed it and start the car as we got in it. then off we went to school. As we reached the school, we all got out of the car and went into the building struggling to find our class but thanks to our wolf instinct we found it in no time. we all entered the class sitting at the empty seat we saw. As I sat down, I look to where my Lily and Dave were sitting only to see them making out Again. I got really jealous.

why in the world haven't I found my mate yet. "I asked myself in my mind but got answered by someone."

Well that's because you aren't checking well. " that's my wolf Xander speaking"

but I have checked all around my pack." I said."

you shouldn't check only your pack you know but don't worry we'll find her soon. " he said trying to encourage me."

I hope so Xander." I replied blocking him so that i won't be disturb. Suddenly a very sweet scent hit me. it was the scent of lavender and flowers and it was the only scent I could smell right now. As I searched the class I saw a girl standing at the door with her head down. I wanted to see her face, then the teacher invites her in. she walked in and stood near the teacher but her head was still down, it looks like she isn't use to too much attention. Suddenly I saw her lifting her head, as she searched the room our eyes met. She has a pair of beautiful blue eyes now, isn't that rear. I don't know why but when she was told to sit next to James and James started flirting with her I got so jealous that I wanted to kill him where he stand. As I was very angry I mistakenly let out a low growl but every one in the classroom heard it.

Dave: Dude chill." Dave said through the mindlinked."

Students: What was that. " they are ask looking around."

Daniel: Nothing, that was my stomach growling. I am very hungry today. " Daniel said rubbing his stomach as he look at me.

Aiden: Thanks.

Daniel: don't thank me because you owe me this one." he mindlinked back smirking at me again. As I turned my head I saw my sister looking at me."

Aiden: what is it." I asked through the mindlinked."

Lily: Nothing. it's just that you're acting weird.

Aiden: what do you mean?

Lily: why did you just growl?" she asked."

Aiden: was I the one that just growl?" I asked back trying to act innocent."

Lily: come on Aiden you know you can't keep anything from me right? I am your sister so I know when you're lying and when you're not." she said stating the fact.

Aiden: okay. I am mad at James.

Lily: And I suppose you are mad at him because he's flirting with the new girl?" she asked as if making sure."

Aiden: yes. " I answered."

Lily: wait, you're jealous?? then that only mean one thing." she said taping her chin."

Aiden: what do you mean?

Lily: wait! you don't know? " she asked surprised."

Aiden: know what?" I asked as I don't understand what she's trying to say."

Lily: don't tell me you blocked your wolf again.

Aiden: I did.

Lily: Unblock him now!

Aiden: okay. " I said as I Unblock Xander. the word that Xander said made my heart stop."

MATE." Xander said as I look at the girl that made me almost kill James and back to Lily.

Aiden: she's my mate.

Lily: of course she is dump head. you were just too stupid to figure it out. " she said. arg I hate it when she does that.

Dave: Dude congrats. you finally found your mate and our Luna. the search is finally over." Dave said joining in the mindlinked.

Lily: But there's one problem. " Lily said as we all look at her."

Dave: what?

Lily: She's human.

Aiden: I know already. " I said as it was not hard to know for an Alpha."

Lily: well I guess you already Know what to tell her so bye." she said blocking the mindlinked. so now I am on my own.

Thanks buddy." I said as I get ready to speak with my mate after class. During the entire class I was just staring at my mate smiling like a mad dog. I guess this is what happened when you found your mate.
