In the presence of stress that was already building up beneath his skin, Tyler walked inside his grandfather's office. It had come as a surprise to receive the call, particularly in light of everything that had occurred in the recent past. He braced himself as he pulled open the massive mahogany door, and upon opening it, he discovered his grandfather sitting behind his desk with his hands folded and a gloomy expression on his face.
