She wore an off-white formal gown; it was beautiful and offered a stunning contrast with her long black hair and rare, sapphire blue, eyes. It was also really boring. Not even off the shoulder. It was all just so appropriate and proper for the daughter of a high-ranking official of the Chinese government. soHer foot tapped the ground unconsciously as she typed away on her phone, exchanging texts with her boyfriend, Todd.
