"So how did Hunter end up with more blood on him than you did?" I asked, knowing they might not answer that question.
"I had more blood on me because I ran to the pool the same time as Leo and fought to protect you as well as Leo till he pulled you out of the water," Hunter answered.
"Anna?" I asked.
"Yeah,"
"Is his wolf agreeing with what he is saying?" I asked, nervous.
"Sky has cut him off since the incident,"
"What about Calix's wolf?" I asked, confused.
"Aimsire has done the same thing."
What the hell!
"Why has your wolves cut you off?" I asked the triplets.
"I'm sorry, Anna."
"Don't apologise. I understand." she replied.
"After the incident, when you stopped talking to me, to us, our wolves told us to tell you the truth, and when we didn't, they stopped talking to us but not each other, how did you know?" explained Hunter.
"I-I have my wolf," I said shyly.
"How? you're not supposed to have your wolf till your 18th birthday?"
"I don't know. The only thing that I do know is that it happened the night I met Ernest."
"We need to talk to dad," said Calix.
"Why? what's wrong?" I asked, confused. "He forced your wolf out instead of letting her out naturally," they said in unison.
"Is that bad?" I asked, not knowing what my feelings are about the situation.
They didn't reply and started walking to their dads office.
When we got to their dad's office, they knocked on the door.
"Come on in, boys!" Their dad shouted.
We all walked into the office, and the alpha was surprised to see me but masked it with a smile.
"Nice to see you North, what can I do for you?" he asked.
"I don't understand the situation myself," I replied.
"What is the meaning of this, boys?" The alpha questioned.
"Ernest has broken one of the most sacred rules of our pack, dad," says Hunter.
"What do you mean, Hunter?" the alpha asked, looking confused.
"He forced North's wolf out early, dad," said Leo.
"How do you know this?" The alpha asked.
"Dad, North hasn't had her 18th birthday yet. It's tomorrow. However, she has had her wolf for months. "
"This is confusing. However, how do you know that it was him who has done this and not that North is strong and her wolf came out early sensing this?" Their dad asked matter of a factly.
"Is that what happened, Anna?" I asked through my mind link with her.
"I was going to come out early but only a month early, not when I did," she replied.
"Are you ok, North?" asked the alpha.
"Oh, um, yeah, I'm ok. My wolf said she was going to emerge early, but not that early if that counts for anything?" I replied.
"Now that can be classed as proof," he informed me.
"Asher!" he shouted.
After a moment, one of the triplets' friend walked in. "Yes, alpha?"
"Please ask Ernest to come to my office immediately."
"Yes, alpha,"
Ashers eyes glassed over, and the next minute, he spoke up.
"He's on his way," he explained.
"Thank you, Asher, you may go,"
