Chapter 5It was Monday morning and Keller was standing in the hallway talking. He was in no rush to get to his first period. He had never really excelled in school and a few minutes of tardiness wouldn’t make a difference. His teachers would probably be grateful for the respite. Desi, Eric, Sophie, and Tyler were surrounding him as he leaned against his locker.
“Have you decided which way you’re going to go yet?” Eric asked. “Getting him to quit would be easy, even if it’s less money”
