The vanguard force continued to advance slowly forward causing the military to slow down their movements on all other fronts. About an hour into the fight, the opposition was still quite strong that not even KS could predict from what angle the bullets were coming from. She had to remain alert and react on time or she would have long received a few shots like the other soldiers manning turrets of their respective vehicles. The humvee in the lead had to change soldiers about four times so far, while three of them had been hit, it was nothing serious and blocked by their body armor but the impact affected their efficiency. The last one was taken out by a sniper just a few inches under his helmet, he was the first calvary to go down so far.
