Soon after KS and her team left, DVI agents from the Cortex’s Strike 8 team arrived at the scene. None of the intelligence agents had the time to follow so they could only seal the area in the meantime. It wasn’t until a few hours later that William arrived. After receiving details of Widow’s contacts in the crime world, William and Blaze had been leading his team in capturing them but while things were somewhat easy at the start, it didn’t continue for long as word went out of Widow being compromised and the rest of the band went into hiding. William had to organize a task force to track and apprehend the reminder of Widow’s associates while he continued his work in the Cortex.
