The next day I woke up early and made Amelia breakfast in bed. She sat up with a huge smile and rubbed her eyes as I woke her with a tray with pancakes and bacon. She ate like she hadn’t been fed in a week and it pained me that she had went to bed the night before with no dinner. I lay next to her as she finished her plate and she planted a huge kiss on my lips. “Thank you for breakfast Mark. And I’m sorry for over reacting last night.
