Jane and Joe are heading back to their home when Joe gets a call. " Hey Paul, what's up buddy?? Oh, ok.. well is it tonight?? Oh ya I'll tell her. Ya okay pal don't worry we'll be there." Said Joe and put it back in his pocket. " What's the matter?? Why did he call you?" Asked Jane. " There's a party tonight at his farm house and he has invited all his college friends in the party. He also invited us. You, Lily and me." Replied Joe. " Where is his farmhouse Joe?? They must also be coming? You better don't count me in it. " Said Jane firmly. " Oh common now, why do you care about them?? We will enjoy the party on our own. Let's not think about them." Said Joe. " You know very well whenever we have confronted them, there has always been a drama that ended up to some stupid disaster. I don't like it Joe." Reverted Jane irritated. Joe thought it's not right to argue with her in such silly thing so it would be better to leave the topic. " Ok ok, let's not talk about it. Is there any classes of you today?? " He asked to change the topic. " Yah, I have only one class. Philosophy at 4pm. And you??" She asked back. " Well I have two classes today. One is 15minutes later and the other in the noon. I'll be get going now or I'll be late. See you later." He said as they reached near the cycle stand and he left for his classes.
Jane turns back and walks towards her home which is two lanes away. And she was all alone walking through the narrow lane. There was a ring on her mobile, a message popped in. Jane stopped to look at her mobile and saw an incoming message of Lily. " Hey call me asap. " She smiled and put back the phone into her pocket. " I know babe what you wanna say" she told herself in her mind and smiled. Jane was a lane away from her home when she heard a hushed voice calling out her name " Jane Jane". Jane looked back but saw nothing. A sudden thought evoked her as her eyes searched for someone she thought might be present here. But there was no one.
She didn't bother to think about it anymore and walked gradually heading towards her home when she saw a girl with brown hair as hers but a bit long and wet wearing a dirty white maxi standing in a creepy way turned towards the wall with her head down. And she was sobbing. Jane stopped near her and a sudden fear passed through her nerves as she could not pass through the lane seeing such a creepy thing in front of her.
She takes u-turn from that lane and slips to the another as fast as she could to escape from that creepy thing. She kept on running heavily until she reached her home. As Jane headed towards the main door. She heard a girl calling out her name, " Jane stop. Please help me. " But the voice was vague and she turned back to see but there was no one. Her heart beat was faster than usual and she panicked to death in fear. With trembling hands she somehow opened the door and rushed inside.
Her face was pale and she was sweating a lot. Seeing her in such a state, Mary runs towards her " what happened my child?? Why are you looking so pale??"she asked. " Nothing mom. Today's walk was a bit tough so I guess I have passed out. I need some rest mom. Will meet you later. " Replies Jane and heads towards her room. " Ok but don't skip your breakfast sweety." Says Mary when Jane closes her door. " What was that?? Who is she?? What does she want from me? What help does she need?" Jane thought. " Why do I keep on seeing her?" Asked Jane to herself.
It is a secret that she has not shared with anyone in her life. She gets weird dreams and also sees dead people. And sometimes she sees a vision in front of her eyes as if a scene is taking place in front of her wherever she is sitting and she could see some people moving around in some other place and something unusual is happening which is intolerable to watch and she shuts her eyes tightly frustrated and the next moment everything is gone.
