What Was That? Supernatural!

Jane was about to leave the scene when someone grabs her neck from behind rigidly and throws her on the floor. She turns to see who it is when the guy grabs her by her arms and pushes her further to fall again. Jane tumbles and falls again. Ben rushes to the scene and grabs the guy by his shoulder and throws him on floor. Then he hits the guy very hard on his face. " Frederick, push him away and run." Shouts Shirleen. But by then Ben caught hold of him and thrives sharp punches on him. Frederick lies half dead on the grass. Some more guys runs towards Ben to catch him. But he escapes from them and some more arrives to be in his side and a huge fight takes place. Girls too split in two sides fighting with each other grabbing, hitting, punching, throwing, pushing and snatching each other's hair. And the fight continued for about twenty minutes when a strange thing happened which made everyone go jaw drop and anxious. Shirleen was busy fighting with Lily and Ben with Frederick, Joe with another guy but Jane was alone standing there and watching this view which was displeasing and irritating to her.
Shirleen was above Lily snatching and hitting each other when a piece of glass of a size of a mobile falls from the building towards Shirleen and it's sharp edge is pointed in her direction. Jane notices it. Her eyes could notice it's every side as if everything is crystal clear from distant and she could trace the piece of glass easily. Jane runs at once towards Shirleen and shouts " hey watch out" and catches the piece in her hand very swiftly as if it's a very soft and light object. Every one stops fighting and watches this strange happening and goes jaw drop at this sight. " Hey how did you do that?" Asked someone. Jane too gets puzzled holding the piece of glass and weirdly looks around at every one. " I don't know. " She replies queerly.
Jane finds it hard to confront everyone out there as all were looking at her as some strange being. She awkwardly walks away from there. Ben follows her " Jane wait... " He says. But Jane keeps on walking until he holds her wrist by his masculine arms. " Please wait. " He says and finally stops her. " Let me go Ben?" She reverts in anger. " Hey just cool down. We were all amazed by what had happened just now. " Ben says. " I don't want to talk about it. I need to leave." She replies annoyed and walks further. " I'll come with you. Please let me? " He requests. " Alright. But please Ben don't talk about it. " She says firmly. " Okay." He replies and then Jane sits on the bike of Ben and they drive off to her residence.
Coming back home Jane bids bye to Ben and slowly gets inside the house careful to not make any noise. All the lights were off. And Jane glances at the clock in the hall which shows 12 and she slips to her room when Mary holds her from behind. Jane gets frightened and looks back to see it's her mother who quickly rushes in and closes the door. " Where were you??" She asked firmly. Jane hesitated at first and told her the whole matter except the glass one. Mary listened to her seriously and said " you shouldn't have gone there. You were ill and needed rest. What if your dad comes to know about this?? He won't accept it and would get angry on you." " I am sorry mom. " Jane replies. " Go to bed sweety before your dad comes out of his lab. " She says and turns to leave when Jane holds her by her arm and says, " mom would you mind to stay here with me tonight?" Mary smiles and replies, " sure sweety." Then both of them climbs on bed together.. " Mom thanx for staying with me tonight." Says Jane. " Oh my pleasure sweety. Anything for you. " Replies Mary. " So what's up with Ben?? " She asks. " Oh he is good and we are doing well." Replies Jane. " Oh dear I needed to inform you something. " She says. " Yes mom what is it??" Jane asks. "Your dad told us to go to your grandparents home and stay there for few days." Mary replies. " What?? Really?? " Jane replies. " Ya sweety so pack your bags we will me leaving on Friday. " Replied Mary. " Oh mommy, that's amazing. I have never been to my grannies home. Finally I will be seeing them. " Jane replies excitingly. " Yes my dear. Now go to sleep. It's 1 o' clock. High time to go to sleep or else we would be drooling over in the morning." Said Mary and they laughed. Light goes off and they go to sleep.
