Chapter 2 - Arianhod

 “So enough of thinking about that right now, Alex, UGH, now is definitely not the time to suddenly daydream.” I scolded myself. 

 THINK!! THINK!! THINK!!.

So, I believe I have made it about a mile from that clearing I was just at, but since I was never allowed out of the packhouse much, let alone into the woods, I believe am completely lost, and highly in pain. I've currently perched myself up against a large oak tree, slowly gasping for air. “Dam this hurts” I wheezed trying to get more air.

which considerably hurts with my injuries. When out of nowhere the hair’s all over my body rises and I can hear a very faint howl in the distance signalling the hunt is on. 

"DAM!!"  I panic shout into the open air, while contemplating my next move.

 I have been watching my darling heir, whom I had blessed to a beloved alpha and Luna, from the beginning, get torn from her home and family, to then end up into one of the old-fashioned, run pack’s just for her to be turned into a slave. “Arianrhod sighed.”

I start to make my appearance in front of my dear Alex, while I see her silently stress over her options, as I am beginning to walk over to her, I see she begins to raise her head and look directly at me, I feel a sense of proudness after everything she has been through, I just wish I could do more, I stop her when she tries to bow.

 “Please dear don't, you're hurt, I am here to give you a little helping hand,” I say while reaching my hand out to her.

“We don’t have much time but I can heal you enough so your wolf can make a small appearance, you won't shift or hear her yet, not until you're fully recovered, but right now your main concern is to get out of this wood and into safety.” 

  “So, close your eyes and breathe in as much as possible, clear your mind.” 

“That’s it dear”

 “All done, what I have done is called upon one of your special abilities, for you to be able to simply disguise your scent, to achieve this you will just need to imagine yourself scentless. “

“Da iawn blentyn, now if you keep your mind clear you should be able to see a bright, white, pulsating thread just up ahead, yes? “ 

“Yes,” she said.

“Follow it, I have bestowed upon you a great friend of mine to help you, she will be waiting, to help you now, but she will also guide you whenever you may need it, now blentyn you must go, as fast as you can, before this pack finds you here and imprison you, go, GO NOW!!” 

  I watch her back slowly fade in the distance as she gets further and further away until I can no longer see, smell, or hear her. I’m slowly turning back into my spirit form, hearing a loud CRUNCH! Just as Alpha Damian and his Beta Aled rush in. 

“IT’S not here. Spread out search everywhere, check the trees and cubby holes.”

I can’t help but to shake my head, at hearing him shout out orders to his men. I make my way to my next destination and think about the consequences Alex may face if he ever gets his hands on her again.
