Chapter 13 - Hello Wolf

I was just casually chatting with Phoenix when suddenly, I became flustered and warm, with my body temperature rising and beads of sweat dripping down my four head and the side of my face, something like what the humans call a flu, which is weird because wolves barely become sick, due to our ability to heal.

Then it clicks, just before I find myself hunched over, “she’s coming.” I say excitedly to myself, I am so excited that I don’t really feel much except the tingling sensation all over my body.

“Hello Alex, my name is Indigo,” she says with so much happiness.

“Hello Indigo, it's finally nice to hear your voice, I’m sorry I couldn’t keep myself in the standard to our liking for yourself to be shown”

“Totally understandable cariad, sadly I wish I could have appeared to you sooner, the day of your packs demise was the day I was due to appear, I could have been of much use”. 

We continue to briefly chat to each other until Indigo slowly stops talking, which makes me curious as to why, that is until I see, I’m on four legs not two, wait four. I look down towards my now furry legs and look back up towards Efa & Phoenix, their look is one of shocked, wonder and excitement.

“What’s wrong?” I tried to say out loud but then remember am in wolf form and they won’t be able to understand my wolf barks yet. But the just simply look at each other and back towards me.

“Y-y-you can talk to us in your wolf form “Efa says, before beaming a smile at me.

 Before I can register what, she said, she speaks again.

“here “She states while graciously waving her hands in a mystical way but with type of pattern to it, summoning a huge mirror, so I can see my reflection.

Wow, Jesus, is that what we look like, Dam Indigo don’t we just look bloody gawjus. Our fur is matching our hair to a T, white almost silver with aqua and turquoise high and lowlights running through it, it even appears to change colour with the way you move direction. There is one thing different though, a unique mark that has appeared on my left shoulder, right where the highest point meets the top of the arm, it’s round with swirls weaving in and out from each other within the circle, creating some sort of enchanted pattern that seems to blend into my fur but is occasionally visible.

“You and Indigo can run through the forest to explore and get used to become one, and when your finished and ready we will sit down and have a chat.” Efa states before walking back towards the house with phoenix in tow.

I simply nod before glancing back at them now holding hands silently walking further away. I can’t wait to see if I will ever get the opportunity to have a second chance mate to love and cherish with, just like every other couple, but my first key goal is to become stronger, healthier and one with my wolf.  

Efa & Phoenix P.O.V

Well, I'll be dammed, I never thought I would be here to witness one of the greatest reincarnations ever, but there seems to be something else, something more powerful within Alex this time around, don't you think hunny? 

"Yes dear, I felt it, the pure raw power she possesses, but there's more I sensed it, like the traditional magic calling between a witch or warlock, as a grand warlock myself have never felt such raw energy in one being for thousands of centuries, even then I was just a youngling myself. " 

We're just entering our living room to wait for Alex's return to figure it out, when low and behold who's here waiting. 

That's right, you guessed it. "Darling Ari, what a pleasant surprise, care to fill us in, seaming as you are here". 

 Efa says while embracing Arianrhod 

" (Chuckle) I can but you know I can only give you a limited amount of information. You're both right, Alex is ultimately one of the original goddesses, and so is her mate, she as well as him will need to be trained extensively, that I am sure, I can count on you both?" 

"Ydw” Efa & Phoenix simultaneously say 

Are there any origins to be aware of? As in multiple.  Phoenix asked.

"Ydw there are multiple, the obvious is wolf and witch but the others will only be discovered further along her journey, then and only then will they appear to her, but she needs to become one with her wolf, if they don't it could result in a greater disaster, with the whole of man and magical kind at steak. This also includes her mate two, but they will find each other when the time's right."

Okay thanks for filling us in, but when will you be reincarnated or re-joined us here on earth. 

"Oh, not for a while yet, there's still a whole load to process, with way too much paperwork as the humans would say, Hehe." 

We chatted for a few hours about different topics here and there, while also catching up on the good old times, before the time would come when Ari had to sadly leave once again.

“Don’t worry old friend we will be seeing each other again soon, and even more so when I retire” Ari stated while chuckling slightly.
