The skies had finally begun to clear as day's light pushed the darkness away, unveiling a curtain of winter clouds that rode on cold winds from the mountains in the distant horizon.
Tatsumi slowly sat up and looked to his sides.. sighing when he realised that Izuna had snuck into the bed and was cuddled with Yukiyo. He stretched and yawned lazily before placing his hands on Mira and Izuna's legs. "Hey you two." He whispered, " we should be getting ready, we have a full day of travel ahead of us."
Mira, being the one with the strongest senses, responded warmly to Tatsumi's soft alarm by sitting up. Izuna groaned in Yukiyo's ear causing the albino-haired girl to wake up along with herself.
"Time.... already?" Yukiyo yawned, stretching lazily and wiggling her way to the edge of the bed.
