Chapter 8: Vanilla and apple

Maliha's POV

Looking at the food placed on the table, my stomach growled more. I sat down on the chair as I took my spoon and munched on the food.

"Very yummy" I muttered, licking my lips while stretching my hand to get the bottle of water. I gulped down everything in one go and let it go down my throat as I kept on munching on my food hurriedly as though I was being given a time limit.

Taking the last bite into my mouth I heared a knock at the door alongside a girl's voice.

"May I come in My Lady" The girl asked for permission with her head bowed down in respect

"You may come in" I said, ushering her in

"I'm sorry to disturb you my Lady, my name is Larissa and I've been ordered by Alpha Hudson to deliver this clothes to you and I've also been ordered to prepare a warm bath for you so with your permission my lady may I proceed"

" Yes you may"

Larissa placed the clothes neatly on the bed and proceeded to the bathroom to prepare a hot bath, after some few minutes she came out then I walked towards the bathroom but I stopped right in my track.

"Will you follow me to the bathroom?" I asked

"No my Lady I'll stand by the door and wait for you, incase you need anything you can call out to me"

" You don't need to do that okay I won't be needing anything so I can manage on my own" I said with confidence

" My Lady Alpha Hudson has given an order that I stay with you so I can help you get dressed and anyone who doesn't obey his orders gets severely punished. Please I beg of you my Lady, try to understand me"

" Nothing of that sort will happen. Do you trust your lady?"

" Yes I do trust you but Alpha Hudson doesn't take excuses when he gives orders and they aren't followed, he won't listen to what the person has to say before pronouncing his or her punishment"

I observed she was adamant I could see the fear and pleas in her eyes so I just let her have her way to avoid being punished severely.

"It's okay Larissa you can stay here and help me get dressed up but for now I'll go have my bath while you wait outside for me, Is that understood?"

" Yes my Lady"

I stepped into the bathroom, seeing the bathtub which was filled with warm water and petals I stared at the mirror then I untied my hair letting it fall down my shoulders. I took my hand to the back of my dress and unzipped it as it fell down my body, removing my underwear I became completely naked.

I found my way inside the bathtub as the warm water came in contact with my body, giving me shivers I grabbed the body oil and applied it to my body as I scrubbed all the dirts and rinsed my body. Some minutes passed and I was done with bathing, I wrapped my body with a towel and came out from the bathroom while Larissa led me to the dressing table then she brought out a chair for me.

"Let me help you with applying the lotion on your legs" She said then I heared a voice behind me.

" There's no need for that, you may leave now also close the curtains and inform others that no one should be seen around Lady Maliha's premises or else they face my wrath"

" Yes Alpha"Larissa bowed, carrying the tray then she walked out of the room

I turned and gave him a long gaze with my blood boiling. How dare he enter my room and send my maid away without my permission who does he think he is.

"I'm very well aware of what you're thinking" He said smiling then he came behind me

" Then why are you here? Who's getting dressed me or you?" I expected an answer from him but he was mute. I looked at him through the mirror and I saw him scrutinizing me with his eyes, he looked lost.

"Hello.. I'm talking to you, why don't you answer me"

"You look hot, especially with your wet hair I think you should let your hair fall always I love it. You look beautiful as my bride"

" What... I don't care about your likes and dislikes I'll pack my hair cause I love to do so. Who are you to tell me what to do and not what to do?

"I guess I haven't told you a secret about yourself"

" I don't need you here I can manage on my own besides I've always been doing that so please leave I need to dress up"

" Now I'm here you don't need to do things on your own we're gonna do everything together just as couples do. I'll help you dress up, what am I here for"

" Hudson have some shame" I yelled at him

" Shhhhhh.. keep your voice low little mate someone might hear you and feel you're depriving the Alpha of his daily meal so just sit down without saying a word. Be a good girl cause I love good girls"

He placed his finger on my lips then he took it down to my neck and my collarbone.
