Liah’s POV
After I got the permission from Jaxtyn to go to Gab, I immediately went out and tried to call Gab’s number. I rang her number up while I’m going out of the company for a few times but Rage was right. She didn’t answer her phone.
When I got out, I thought that I should buy her a cake to at least help her lighten up. It will also serve as my present for her birthday. With that thought, I went to the cake shop that I discovered near the company awhile back. I went there to try their cakes especially the vanilla and it tasted great so I think Gab will also like it. Arriving there, I saw a small round cake with a vanilla frosting on top so I went to the counter to buy it.
“Hi! How can I help you?” the girl on the counter welcomed.
“Can I get this cake? Is this vanilla?” I aske
