I purposely made myself slower to go get their coffee because I don’t want to listen to what they are going to talk about. I don’t want to get involved with them anymore and just want to lead my life with Uncle Jude peacefully. Though it might be a little hard.
Actually, now that Rage reminded it, I was actually confused how all the heiress and passing things happened. How did Uncle Jonas find Maiandra? Wait. Didn’t I just said I don’t want to get involved in their business? Then why am I thinking about it?
“Aren’t you the new girl? Mr. Jaxtyn Sheats’ new secretary after that slut, Stella?” a random girl asked out of nowhere.
