Liah’s POV
I went to school early as usual and plan to go to the rooftop to spend my time at while waiting for the class to start.
I’m now on my way to put my things in my locker and saw someone standing there right in front of my locker.
“Jaxtyn?” I said as I approached him.
“Why are you here? Is there something that you need?” I asked.
“Uhm… I was just checking if you're fine now. You know, because of what happened yesterday.” He replied while playing with his ear. That must be his gesture when he is shy or embarrassed.
“I’m completely fine now. Thanks to you I was safe. So, thank you.” If he wasn’t there, I didn’t know what would have happened to me.
“It’s nothing. It’s the least I could do.” He replied with a smile.
