Hell II

"Where are you going? When are you coming back? Are you going to take me as well? Can I come?" Alex questions me with a lot, so I wait till he's out of breath and he finally calms his breathing.

"I'm not going to be long, no your not coming with me I'm doing something for father. I will come before your birthday alright?" I ask. His birthday is next month which is five weeks from now in December.

"Alright, sister but remember my present when you come back." He says pouting and walks with the maid.

"Hmm...alright Alex, remember to be good and stay out of Adriana's sight." I warn him as he starts to skip away from me.

"Ok...bye sister Olly."

Then I turn to walk to my office which is around the fighting grounds. Right around there I teleport to my room in the side of my father's castle and start to pack my clothing and passport.

An hour goes by I flex my ears from hearing clacking shoes rapid thumping against the floor coming closer to my door. Which stop and I know who it is before she knocks on the door.

*Knock.knock.knock.knock...*

"Come in Adriana" I say closing my backpack that holds my weapons.

Door slams open. I have a cold expression on my face when she says-

"Sissy, I heard you're leaving somewhere. Can you get me a new pair of shoes while you're gone. You know I can't leave until father gives me permission and the whole probation thing isn't up yet." She says rolling her eyes every now and then. She stops with her arms crossed and looks around my room. Which has black and red at the wall paint and dark colors on the window the only thing I own that has light colors is some of my clothes and my dresser.

"Fine. Make a list and have it ready to go after I come back from the grounds." I state while changing into some black tight shorts that reach my mid thigh and put on a black sports bra.

When I'm finished I look back at Adriana.

"Keep you're boyfriend away from the grounds." I tell her which she responds with a sour looking like tomato.

"What might you be implying that he can't just wander around and go to the grounds if he wants?" She knew exactly what he was doing around the grounds he couldn't have forgotten that the grounds were across a field to get to.

" Just if he gets on the grounds I don't know what might happen Ari." I say with the nickname that calms her. Since I gave it to her when she was a little rabbit clinging to the mid-wife that took care of her as she was presented to father that she was indeed his daughter. She shown the brightest eyes when I called her Ari, I think she thought that I had a liking to her.

Hmmm... But she's just so....pink now.

"Alright sister, I know your just trying to look out for me and Joshua" she says with a sweet smile which I do not return. Then she leaves and pulls the door with her to close as she goes.

They are called the grounds because we don't have fights we have matches. They go against demons, hunters, hounds, werewolves, vamps, and even some angels.

As I walk with my whip and sword at my waist the door opens to the gathering creatures signing up for a match for today. I walk to the counter and tap my index finger on the table top which gets the attention of everyone at the counter and it gets quite quickly.

"Mary Black" it's my name on the grounds, no one uses their actual names so their not blacklisted.
