CHAPTER ONE : WHY HIM!!

With blood on her hands, Iris panicked. She had just started her first menstrual period at the age of 19 , and she totally understood what was happening to her body because her friends in school had already started seeing theirs. Frightened, she wandered around the house, looking for a way to stop the bleeding.

She quickly grabbed her phone and searched YouTube for videos on how to stop the blood flow since the mum was not around. She swiped through several videos until she finally came across one explaining menstrual periods and what girls should do during their first experience.

Following the instructions from the woman in the video, Iris decided to go out and buy menstrual pads.

Earlier that morning, Iris’s mother, Carol, had gone out to bring back Shein, the only son of sir stan before he met carol,who lived with Iris’s stepfather. After the death of Iris’s real father, Carol had remarried a young millionaire named Stan.

Stan had always been a great help to the family and treated Iris like his own daughter. However, things slowly began to change after her 18th birthday

“Princess,” Stan called from his room. “Get me a glass of water. I’m thirsty.”

Iris obeyed and brought the water to him." I. In their , Sir Stan confessed his feelings to iris who recently turned 18, " sir stan I don't thikkk....it's necessa...." She stammered as she ran out of the room, she wasn't expecting that from the a man who she took as her real dad

Meanwhile, Carol was in the kitchen cooking and had no idea what was happening in her husband’s room. Earlier, she had only seen Iris come out after spending a long time there. Carol assumed they were probably talking about anime since both of them loved anime movies.

Stan often teased Iris about anime characters, joking that she might grow up to have the same beauty and confidence as some of them.

Iris herself was an epitome of beauty. Many people on their street often turned to look at her whenever she walked by. People said she had inherited her mother’s charm.

Later, Iris sat quietly in her room, confused and frightened about what to do next. Many thoughts wandered through her mind.

Should I tell Mum? she wondered.

But another thought followed quickly.

What if she doesn’t believe me? She loves Sir Stan very much.

Stan had always helped her with her academics, which made the situation even more complicated for her.

Lost in her thoughts, Iris eventually drifted off to sleep." iris, get me a chair, and come and say hi to your brother, Shein " there was no response, carol looked around and noticed that everywhere was quiet with no sign of iris in the house, that's so usual , as she was about to dial her number, the gate opened, iris came in with black nylon in her hand, the mother asked what was in the nylon she replied " just my cloth I ordered online she was shy to tell the mum about her first mensural period and get lectures on boys and girls stuff

Standing beside her was a tall fair looking Young man ," meet your brother Shein " the mother said

SHEIN on the other hand couldn't take off his eyes on the master piece introduced to him as his sister, he felt something as his heart beat in a disorganised pattern" what's happening to me he asked himself "

" I'm SHEIN " stretching out his hand with a smirk on his face

" Is this some kind of temptation or what, he can't be my real brother right, cause if not alot might happen* she said to herself
