“What’s got him all bent out of shape?” Connor demanded as soon as Nicholas was out of hearing.
Gina shrugged, held up her hand in a gesture of wait and listened as Nicholas left the school grounds. It was several minutes before Nicholas spoke. “Back to the office.”
“The boss did have some concerns about your suitability for this task. You know nothing about children,” Erika said.
