CHAPTER 8: HE'S NOT MY BOYFRIEND

1705 Words
AVA’S POV: My eyes went wide when Draven’s line of lewd thoughts clicked! “What? You want to…do it here? With all those people outside, including the freaking president?” I nearly screamed. Draven smirked. “What’s wrong, darling? You begged me to f**k you 40,000 feet in the air, who’s the president?” “Your d**k is big, yes, and addictive, but it’s not worth getting in trouble for.” I tried to push him off, because he was damn crazy if he thinks I’d just let him take me wherever he wishes. That was a wrong move – no, not wrong. It was essentially a death sentence. I watched his eyes glow, evidently flickering between gold and blue. A dangerous clue that his wolf was taking control, that his desire for me had consumed him. In a breath, Draven had his fingers wrapped around my throat, tightly squeezing and a shot of pain had me gasping. My back hit the wall, and his perfectly toned muscles pressed hard against my breast, suffocating and intoxicating me with me that delicious scent. “You’re mine, Ava.” He growled, grinding his prominent hardness against my hips. “And as long as you are, I own this body and every pleasure I give you. If I want you on your f*****g knees, pumping my c**k into your pretty mouth like your life depends on it, then you’d ask no questions. And if I want to f**k you like a w***e in a clustered office with over a thousand people outside the door, you nod like a good little wolf and say it’s your pleasure. Understood?” A whimper escaped my lips against my will, and without being able to hold back, I found myself pushing back against his d**k. I wanted him in me, deep and so f*****g hard. Yet our stupid clothes were in the way. I’d lost myself when Draven tightened the pressure of his fingers on my neck, and I moaned. “Understood?” “Yes, yes – I do, I do. Just…don’t stop.” My core shivered with need, and I had no doubt that there would be a tsunami down there. “Not the right answer, darling.” He nipped my ear, tugging on it seductively. “You nod and say it’s a pleasure to be f****d by me.” I nodded eagerly. “It’s a pleasure – Its’s always a pleasure to be f****d by you, King Draven.” “Now, that’s my girl.” What came next might have been the best thing that had happened to me. The King released his grip on my neck and immediately turned me around, pushing my upper body flat against the wall. He didn’t wait a second more before he lifted my dress and sensually teased my p***y through my panties. I tried to bite back my moan, but that too became useless when Draven ripped my panties with his bare fingers, and plunged his fingers in. I cried out, my claws surfacing and digging into the wall before me. He inserted three fingers into me, and I could feel my p***y stretch out to the extent that brought tears to my eyes. Goddess! It felt so good. Euphoric. I pushed my ass back against his fingers, hating how slowly he went in and out – torturously. Cruelly. “Draven…” I moaned, out of breath and on the verge of madness. “Please… Pleasee… I need you.” Of course, there came his dark chuckle. It vibrated against my back, matching the tremor of shivers that ran up my spine. “Ava darling, perhaps I should stop, so that you can walk away like you’d wanted.” He teased, and I hated him for it. “Please… No! I’m sorry, please… Don’t leave.” “Fine. I won’t.” In the next beat, my breath stopped as the force of his hardness rammed into me. I gasped, eyes wide. How had he gotten even bigger than before? “f**k, goddess! Yes!” I screamed. “Shh, baby girl. The president might hear you.” Yet he gave no room for my silence, he showed no mercy as he slammed his full-length into me at a pace that caused me to tremble. Heat rushed up my spine, and I tried biting down my lips to hold back from screaming my lungs out. Instead, my claws dug into the wall as Draven drove in and out, slower and then harder, deeper and even deeper. I was certain that my insides would never remain the same after this man. My mind was a blur, a mix of pleasure and pain. I could feel his hands roaming over my body, squeezing my breasts and pinching my n*****s. I was on fire, my body trembling and my wolf begging for more. “God, you feel so good, Ava.” Draven’s voice was rough, his breath hot against my ear. “Better than any that I’ve been with.” He didn’t slow down, his pace becoming faster and more erratic. I could feel the tension building up inside me, the tsunami of pleasure threatening to consume me. I was so close, and I knew Draven was too. “Don’t stop, please don’t stop,” I begged, my voice barely audible. Draven’s grip on my waist tightened, and he pushed even harder into me, his movements becoming more urgent. I could feel him throbbing inside me, and I knew he was close. And then it happened, the tsunami hit. I felt my body convulse as the waves of pleasure washed over me, my mind exploding into a million pieces. Draven’s growl echoed in my ear as he came, his body shaking as he emptied himself inside me. We’d barely caught our breath when a knock came on the door. It was enough to slap back some sense into me, and while I hastily tried to rearrange myself and my dress, Draven lazily pulled up his pants and adjusted his bow. Shit. s**t. s**t. Draven ran a hand through his hair, and casually pulled a cigarette out from his pocket with a wicked grin on his face. “You look utterly f****d,” he chuckled. My cheeks went red and I didn’t bother to respond, hastily opening up the door instead. Over on the other side was no other than Rhys, and I instantly felt my disgust rise. “Oh, I thought the little she-wolf would here.” He smiled like he’d not insulted me just minutes ago. “If you’re here to rain more insults, then save me the headache.” “Aw, did I hurt your fragile feelings? Sadly, I’m not here for that. Have you seen King D-” While those words were still stuck on his lips, Draven materialized by my side, placing a possessive arm around my waist and blowing out the smoke in his mouth into the Rhys’s face. My jaw dropped. “Here I am.” Draven looked at him with boredom. Rhys seemed to hold back a glare. He’d be stupid to even dare to air his disapproval against the Lycan King. That might be the fastest way to end the truce, because Draven would not hesitate to tear his head off his shoulder. The other man cleared his throat. “Well, His Excellency wants to have a few words with you. He’s at the lobby downstairs.” Draven took a drag from his cigarette, taking his sweet, goddamn time. Does he even realize that it was against the rules to smoke within this building? “Hmm, what for?” “About your expansion project. He’s ready to listen to your terms.” That got Draven’s attention. “I see, I’d be with him shortly.” “Thank you, sir.” Rhys bowed, but rather than leave, his eyes travelled to me. “Can I have a few words with you, Ava?” Draven’s arm tightened. “No, you may not.” Rhys winced at the coldness of his voice. "I just want to apologize to her. I overstepped my boundaries back at the conference.” “You don’t need to talk to her privately to make a point.” He stepped forward defensively. But I touched his arm, and when he looked at me, the darkness in his  eyes faded away. “Draven, I’d like to hear him out.” And just like that, reluctantly so, Draven finally let go and I walked a distance with Rhys, down a different corridor that was less crowded with people. “Look, I made a bad impression. I’m sorry for calling you a mutt and other colorful things.” I scoffed. “Apology rejected. Buy some manners with the time. Bye.” He pulled me back rather roughly. “Hey, I’m serious. You’re a smart negotiator and I’d hate to be an enemy. Werewolves aren’t my favorite next-door neighbors, but for a first time negotiator, you blew my mind. I was a fool to underestimate you.” I considered his earnest expression, and sighed. He seemed sincere. “Fine, whatever. Now, leave me alone.” I tried walking away, but he pulled me back again. He scratched the back of his head. “I was also wondering if you’d love to be at a little party tomorrow. Some of the guys here love to blow off some steam after all the pressure and stuff, so I think you should come along. You can bring your scary boyfriend with you if you wish.” “He’s not my boyfriend!” My cheeks flushed. Rhys laughed. “Okay, calm down. Whatever it is, I just want you there. Will you be?” Well…I was already in the city. My life with Wayne had restricted me from doing so many things… “Fine, I’d be there. With Draven.” “Perfect!” He pulled out a card from his pocket. “Call this number and I’d text you the address. Cheers to new beginnings, Ava.” At that moment, I considered that perhaps Rhys wasn’t so bad. Maybe he was just a misunderstood asshole. But I was wrong. And I paid the price for it. Severely.
