Chapter Six: New Friend, One strange night

The next day, Fresh was released from the hospital even tough Julian wanted him to stay here longer for atleast three days and before Fresh left, Doc Gavin gave him a sketchpad so that whenever he had a nightmare and Julian wasn't nearby, he could have something to lean on. All of the nurses bid a goodbye to him especially Julian's secretary nurse, Miss Cha, who, unlike Mina, who is always at home to look after him, Fresh don't get along with her since she look suspicious to him.

"Has Mina returned home yet?" the younger inquired, and Julian smiled, "she went home immediately when she found out something had happened to you, but he couldn't visit because his doctor, who borrowed our clinic, was on duty."

He said as we walked to the elevator, and Miss Cha was silently following them, Fresh could feel her every stare at him , and he knew it was tinged with envy. "Doc. Jul," a male nurse approached them and call his brother, "Doc. Sheena wants to talk to you first." his brother grimaced, "Miss Cha, go with Fresh first," the doctor handed younger, his key, "wait for me in the parking lot." He departed swiftly.

As the elevator arrived, Fresh entered ahead from her, making sure there are some distance between us, she rolled her eyes as she entered the elevator, then silently surrounded us, he press the button for the ground floor where the parking lot was located, the door dinged and immediately closes.

"Do Mina and Doctor Jul have a relationship?" she inquired abruptly, and Fresh arched an eyebrow before turning to face her, "What do you care if there is?" he inwardly chuckled as he watched her expression. "Nothing just wants to know," she said in defense. Fresh shook his head

"Whether there is or isn't, my brother will still won't like you." she gripped tightly on the handle of the bag she was holding.

Honestly of all the ladies who surrounded his brother, he like Mina to be that person he will be fall in love with. In a few minutes the elevator ding indicating they have reach the ground floor, she was the first one to come out leaving the younger male inside the elevator since she already knows Julian's car. Fresh sighed then click the key to open some doors.

"I'm gonna leave you here since I'm still have to recheck all of his patients." after putting the bag inside, Miss Cha hurriedly left.

Fresh entered the car and waited for the older male, just like what Julian instructed. as always on the backseat. He yawn and about to close his eyes when he heard knocking on the window, Spencer was on the outside, waving his hand like an i***t. Fresh manage to have a poker face before opening the window.

"what are you doing here?" he questioned and Spencer smiled. " I came to visit but the nurse said you got discharged today so I ask where you are, one of them said you that I might find you here in the parking lot." he explained. "I brought foods, let's eat before you go home." Fresh about to refuse but my stomach growled causing him to laugh,

"Come on it's not wrong to have a little meal right." with Fresh get out from the car still look annoyed with him.

Fresh ate his food while just keep nodding whenever Spencer talks about some nonsense, he have no interest on listening to life stories because he has his own.

"Oh you're here, Mr. Lauriaga," Julian muttered as he arrived seeing us sitting near his car. "I just visit Fresh but sadly he got discharged, good thing you both didn't left yet." Spencer scratches the back of his head being awkward talking to Fresh's brother, "Oh by the way thank you again for helping him yesterday," the young doctor smiled at him, Spencer wave his hand " it's nothing, I'm just helping a friend."

"But we're not friends," Fresh deadpanned, Spencer look back at him with a puppy eyes, " After I help you with everything, I am still not your friend," He pouted, looking like a duck making him sighed. " Fine, but if you break my trust, it's over okay?" he eyes widen and jump to hug Fresh.

" Yes!"

"Hey! let me go!"

Julian laugh while watching them. after talking they bid a goodbye to Spencer because they're going home. Mina was waiting for them outside the house, she smile as she saw them, "Hi Fresh, I'm sorry I hadn't visited you," she hugged the younger male, "it's okay Mina, I'm already home." Fresh smiled at her, Julian handed her, the younger's bag and carefully place it on the table she usually put their things on so that whenever Fresh was in a rush for school he can immediately grab it and never got late going to school.

"Sit on the sofa I prepared your favorites." she said, even tough Fresh had already eat but he willing to eat again because Mina was the one who cook, he wouldn't waste her efforts, she brought everything on the tray then place on the table, "I know your tired that why I let you rest here than going to kitchen" the young started to eat, it's so delicious. "Thank you for this, Mina." she gently patted his head then sighed deeply.

"I'm so worried about you, next time if you feel not good, you need to tell us immediately. good thing you didn't have a nosebleed again."

As Fresh entered my room, he felt so tired even tough he didn't do anything just eat. Mina won't let him go she was making sure if the younger male was fine. He let himself jump on the bed, founding it so comfy then let th darkness surround them

Fresh eyes immediately opened but he couldn't move nor even breathing, even he cant feel anything, feeling like being trapped inside a glass. he feel something was breathing near him, a hair slowly creeping into his face writing and scratching suddenly appeared on the walls, blood splatter anywhere and a shadow creepily walk towards him . Fresh still couldn't move and like his energy is draining by the hair, this is the first time he experience this, this is not a nightmare which happened everytime to him. As the alarm clock rang everything disappeared, he get up from the bed, breathing hardly. Gladly he woke up from that strange event.
