He walked toward me steadily, and the crowd automatically parted as if an invisible force pushed them back. No one dared to block his path.
Kaelos stopped beside me, giving me a sense of security I hadn't felt in a long time. Calmly but loud enough for everyone to hear, he said:
"The necklace is actually in Vesper's bag. She put it in Seraphina's bag while everyone was distracted by the drama they created."
