I laid on my mattress, my fingers pressing absentmindedly on my flip phone. It had finally stopped working. It didn't matter. No one called. No one texted. I had no friends and no contacts. I wasn't working today. Due to the bar fight last night, it'll be closed until further notice. I would be home all day, but that's not the problem. I wouldn't be alone—my aunt will be in the house.
