*Aria’s POV*
We left Mateo’s estate with about 40 men. I know a bit much.
We drove to mom's new house, and it was stunning. I knew she would be happy staying there. It had a long driveway with trees on either side of the driveway. The house was a one-story house. She didn’t need much. It was completely white with black accents. Very similar to Mateo’s estate. Once we stopped, Kevin and all the men got out of their SUVs. They began walking around the house to ensure everything was clear.
Kevin walked towards the SUV as Mateo rolled the window down. “It’s all clear, Capo.” Kevin said.
“Thank you.” Mateo replied, rolling the window back up.
“Ready?” He asked me.
