If not I would have swept their power clean and forced them under me, for years I have been secretly developing and increasing my powers in every part of this country, some hidden while others out in the light but no one knew they were all my people. My influence and authority in the country are almost on equal footing with Ace and that is why I'm still bidding time. Once it reaches his level, I will then strike whilst also trying to increase it further. I originally had the intention of controlling my brothers but as my power and influence grew, I started developing the urge to put Edward under my control. I know that would be hard, near impossible but every journey starts with a step. I will first accomplish my original goal before heading to the higher one.
