After Mr knight left, without wasting any single moment we headed straight to the guest room on the ground floor.
" Why are you here, mom? You and Emmitt supposed to be somewhere safe." I asked while following her to the room.
" come inside, I have something important to tell you." She held the door open for us to enter, and we followed her order.
As we went inside the room my mother locked the door behind her, after checking if any guard had been keeping his eyes on our activity. Emmett and I looked at each other as we couldn 't understand what was going on. She took a deep breath before she turned in our direction. She was looking calm and confident but I knew how hard she was trying to hold back her tears.
