I have searched all over the place but there is no sign of Jake anywhere. I tried calling him again but he didn't pick up again. I wanted to throw my phone on some hard surface but I can't do that. How come I have been so blind in retaliating against Jake that I didn't think from his perspective?
Oh god, how wrong I was to fight with him on a ridiculously silly matter. If Jane hadn't talked to me I would never have complied. Thank god I have her with me who sees reason, unlike me. Where are you, Jake? Dammit.
I saw Hank running down the hallway and I rushed to him.
''Hank wait up.'' I am running behind him.
''Hank'' he stopped and whirled around to face me.
