I woke to a gentle nudging. My eyes peeked open to see Xavier. I groaned and rolled over. He chuckled softly.
"Come on. We have things to do today." I whined like a little kid, and he lifted me up in his arms. I squealed and he laughed. He dressed me in lingerie and one of his shirts and then carried me to the kitchen.
"You know, for someone who isn't a morning person, you sure are pushy." He flinched as he looked down at me.
"How do you figure I'm not a morning person?" He asked as he set me down. I yawned softly as I set about to help him make breakfast.
"Because you have to wake up extra early to be awake." I pointed out. He was always awake first. I saw his cheeks turn red for a moment. "Ha! I knew I was right." He scrunched his nose up at me and narrowed his eyes. I waved him off.
