  Emily's POV   It was the second hour after noon when the alarm was sounded.   Not a full assault alarm, nor the triple horn that spelled invasion. The one note that was sustained had a meaning that something had been discovered at the border. It was something that the Alpha needed to know about before anybody decided what it was.   I was in the training yard with Marcus when we heard it. We looked at each other without speaking and moved.   Rollins was already there before we got to the southern gate. Liam beside him.
