Mia Andrew, the class representative of class 1A, found herself in the role unexpectedly. After Mr. Williams left the classroom, she approached a girl sitting next to her to ask why she was voted for. It was explained to Mia that she appeared scholarly, intelligent, and had qualities of a good leader, which is why her classmates chose her. Meanwhile, Aiden Ace, who received five votes, was selected as Mia's assistant. Aiden didn't stand out among the female students, despite his good looks, captivating blue eyes, and charming smile. His dark skin and earrings gave him a playboy persona, but he was more than meets the eye. Aiden had a fascination with robots and often incorporated them into his conversations. While his lengthy discussions about robots sometimes intimidated girls, he was well-liked by the guys, indicating they were the ones who voted for him. Aiden and Mia were to deliver a welcome speech to the students and also to appreciate the ones that votes for them.Aiden Ace stood up swiftly as he strolled to the front of the classroom, meanwhile Mia Andrew was shaking on her seat, sweating profusely, she clenches her fist as she stood up slowly. Strolling to the front of the class, her legs felt numb and weak, she was grateful she didn't fall down at that moment, with her shaky legs, she managed to make it to the front of the classroom with her face to the ground, she didn't dare to look up at that moment until she gathered enough courage to do so. After a while, she still couldn't raise her head up as she decided to speak without facing the class, she wanted to leave as soon as possible, her heart was beating hard and fast, she almost broke down in tears. Her unstable little voice was heard 8n the classroom some minutes later." Hi.... My name is Mia Andrew" Mia stammered, fiddling with the hem of her skirt, her voice was so shaky and inaudible as a loud voice was heard from the back of the classroom "Hey, why is she even up there? She can't even speak properly!" The voice echoed throughout the classroom, igniting whispers and snickers from the students. Mia's face turned crimson, tears welling up in her eyes as she tried to regain her composure. Aiden, noticing Mia's distress, stepped forward and intervened. "Hey, that's enough! Mia deserves our respect just like anyone else here." His strong and confident voice filled the room, commanding attention from the students. The whispers ceased, and all eyes turned to him. Aiden then turned to Mia, offering her a reassuring smile. "Mia, don't worry. We're here together, remember? You're doing great." Touched by Aiden's support, Mia took a deep breath and gathered her courage. Determined not to let the negativity bring her down, she lifted her head and faced the class for the first time. Her voice still trembled, but there was a newfound strength in her tone. "I may not have the same confidence as Aiden, but I believe in our ability to lead and make a difference. Together, we can create a welcoming and supportive environment for each and every one of you." As Mia spoke, the classroom fell silent, captivated by her vulnerability and determination. The once scoffing voices were replaced by encouraging whispers and nods of approval. Aiden stood by her side, offering silent support and reminding Mia that she wasn't alone in this journey. With each word, Mia found her voice growing stronger. She thanked those who had voted for them and expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to serve as student representatives. A wave of applause erupted from the students, acknowledging Mia's bravery and resilience. In that moment, Aiden and Mia had triumphed over their initial fears and doubts. They had proven that leadership isn't about flawless presentation or unwavering confidence, but rather about authenticity, support, and the willingness to grow and learn together. Aiden and Mia's welcome speech became a turning point in their journey as student leaders, inspiring their peers to embrace vulnerability and stand up for their beliefs. As they stepped down from the front of the classroom, the room was filled with a newfound sense of unity and empowerment.
