"BELOVED BY THE TWINS"

"This happened in chapter 6. It was the night before Shin noticed Ruka's neck"

As they made their way out of the hospital, Ruka groaned dramatically. "Haaaa... I’m so tired. Luca, carry me!" he whined leaning toward his twin brother. He was trying to make Luca feel sorry for him.

Luca being as serious as always, shot him a cold look and said, "No."

Ruka pouted, disappointed that Luca wouldn’t play along but he let it go quickly.

As they walked outside the hospital, Luca turned to Shin with a calm but serious expression. "Once we get home, there’s something important we need to talk about," he said, his voice steady and firm.

Shin blinked, surprised by the sudden announcement. "O..okay," he said, wondering what they could possibly need to discuss.

After they arrived at their house they prepared and ate dinner.After they finished eating, they all remained seated at the table. Shin nervously glanced at the twins wondering what this important conversation was about.

"Shin," Ruka started, leaning forward with his hands clasped together, "you’re going to do the household chores from now on and we’ll give you some money in return."

Shin’s eyes widened slightly. He hadn’t expected that.

"It’ll be helpful for us, especially because we’re always so tired after work," Luca added. He spoke plainly but there was kindness in his tone.

Ruka nodded, backing up his brother’s point. "Yeah, you can think of it as your job while you’re staying with us," he said with a smile.

After the conversation, Shin stood up to leave but Luca called him again. "Shin... wait," Luca said, his voice calm but with an edge of seriousness.

"Hmm?" Shin paused, turning to look at Luca.

Luca hesitated for a moment then cleared his throat before speaking. "Um... you don’t have to wait for us to come home at night. We usually get home pretty late. And, uh... just don’t try to go near our room late at night, okay?"

Ruka was staring at Luca when he said that, his eyes narrowing slightly.

Shin only replied with a simple "Okay."

A few more hours passed and they noticed that Shin had finally fallen asleep in his room. He was curled up resting peacefully. After checking on him and making sure he was comfortable Luca and Ruka quietly slipped out of his room and headed to their own.

As soon as they got to their room, Ruka walked straight to the bed and flopped down onto it. He let out a long sigh, feeling the exhaustion of the day and catching up with him.

"I’m so tired," he mumbled, his eyes half-closed. "I think I’m going to end up being a patient at this rate, not a doctor." He smiled weakly to himself, his voice heavy with sleepiness.

Luca stood near the edge of the bed, watching Ruka for a moment. His gaze softened, but there was something more in his eyes. Something that had been building up all day. The way Ruka lay in bed and his peaceful yet tired expressions, stirred something inside Luca.

“Ruka,” Luca whispered, his voice soft yet full of lust.

Ruka didn’t even open his eyes. He was too tired to move. He was too tired to do anything.

"What?" he replied, his voice muffled by the pillow. "Don’t look at me like that," he added, glancing at Luca. "I’m really tired."

But Luca wasn’t about to give up so easily. He climbed onto the bed and lay down on top of Ruka. His arms wrapped around Ruka’s waist holding him close. Luca nuzzled his face into the back of Ruka’s neck breathing in his familiar scent.

"But..." Luca trailed off, his voice soft and almost pleading.

"No," Ruka said firmly closing his eyes again. His voice was more insistent this time. "I’m tired, Luca."

Luca sighed, burying his face into Ruka’s back but he didn’t move. He stayed there holding Ruka close.

"Alright," Luca whispered after a moment, his voice softer now. "I’ll just stay like this."

He stayed there but Ruka was too tired to care not until Luca started to j******f on top of him.

Luca couldn't hold back any longer. The last time he touched Ruka was in the bathroom and they didn't even have s*x. It was just a bl*wj*b because they were running late from their shift. He glanced at Ruka, his desire overwhelming him.

"What..stop it," Ruka said, finally opening his eyes to glare at Luca. Luca pretended not to hear and continued j*********f.

"Please," Luca begged.

After that Luca decided to sleep but he just can't help but think that it's not enough so he jerked off one more time stroking Ruka's hair before going to sleep.

The next morning, they woke up to the smell of food. They stepped out of their room with only pants on. "Ruka, what’s that on your neck?" Shin asked, his brow furrowing in confusion.

"Huh? What?" Ruka said, glancing down at himself. He looked at Luca who immediately glanced away pretending not to notice.

"It looks like a bug bit you," Shin said, leaning in closer to get a better look. "Maybe it’s because you weren’t wearing any clothes while you slept."

Ruka glanced quickly at Luca, his eyes narrowing slightly and then he secretly pinched his brother’s thigh under the table causing Luca to flinch but remain silent.
