{Police Men}-[discussing]” The suspects were 7 in number and said to have last been spotted moving out through the back gate of the park.”

“ Any grasp on their faces?”

“ No, the witnesses were in too much fear after the explosion, they just saw them take off their kimonos while running out.”

{G2}-[butts in]” 7 men can’t just plant C4 explosives around this park with all this crowd without being spotted, a navigator from outside who has an upper view of the site is needed. Judging from the square layout of this park 1 navigator would be needed at each top corner for effectiveness, and coincidentally, we happen to be centered around story buildings.”

“ And if they could, they would need to have come into the park earlier before anyone arrived to place in C4’s whose maximum timing range are 45 secs after placement.”

{Policeman}-” So you’re saying that they are 11 in number and 7 of them came in to place the explosives 45 secs before the explosion.”

{G2}-” 11 or more men.”

{Other Policeman}-” Wait, who are you and why are you at the crime scene?”

{Akira}-[walks up fast]” He’s with me, officer Ginshi.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[excited]” Ahh Yuki you’re here already?”

{Akira}-” Yes, we were close by when it happened.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[stares at G2]” Is he your subordinate, Yuki?”

{G2}-[shocked]” Subordinate?”

{Akira}-” No, he’s my colleague.”

{G2}-” Your senior, but we don’t have time for that, how many flights are on the leave this night at the airport?”

{Akira}-” Airports are not operating today because of the festival, why do you think we came through the train Senpai(senior in Japanese).”

{Officer Ginshi}-[envious]” What, you came back to Kyoto together?”

{G2}-[looks at Officer Ginshi]-” Great, ask your surveillance team back at the station to give a footage of 30 mins ago in and out the park.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” What makes you think you’re in charge here?”

“ As far as I’m concerned, I have no obligation taking orders from a stranger who claims to be an officer like Yuki.”

{G2}-[sedate look]” You’re a Chief officer at the Public security division from a look on your tag. Imagine what your Security Bureau higher ups would say about this mess made here tonight if these terrorists got away, imagine the reaction of your bosses who saw potential in you and gave you the promotion to Chief rank when they find out these terrorist got away because you wanted to impress Yuki here how good of a chief officer you are.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[troubled by G2’s words]” What that isn’t how all this happened, I was just asking you to clear out the fog. .I mean.”

{G2}-” Tic Toc Tic Toc.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[makes the call quickly]

{G2}-[talks to Akira]” Have you made the call to HQ?”

{Akira}-” Yah permission to engage was granted, my sergeant is monitoring.”

{G2}-” You mean your old geezer.”

{Akira}-” Oh please, he’s better than your pervy busty babysitter.”

{G2}-” Careful now, it would be bad for her to hear you saying this.”

{Akira}-” Go on, snitch.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[looks with jealousy towards them both with a tab on his hand]” They just sent the videos.”

{G2}-” Come on, play it to 8:33pm.

{Akira}-” Stop here.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” You just see random people running away from all this, and you conclude that’s them are you a novice or something?”

“ Are you certain this man is your Senior Yuki he looks like a driver to me.”

{Akira}-” Calm down Ginshi”

{G2}-[collects the tab]” If I was a near passer-by, and I happen to hear an explosion I would run as fast I could, cause my life would depend on it and with that, the subject of coordination and organization is dropped. But look at how 7 of them are running serially organized without bumping into each other in the current situation that doesn’t give them away?”

{Officer Ginshi}-” Some people are good at keeping their emotions in check even under crisis.”

{G2}-[turns the tab towards Ginshi]” And how do you explain the phone he just dumped in the trash?”

{Officer Ginshi}-[picks out his phone]” I need you to trace the group of 7 men together at the time 8:33pm running down the street after the explosions.”

{G2}-” Good boy I was starting to think for a moment that you were trying to help the culprits escape, but it seems I was wrong.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” You son of a..”

{G2}-[looks away]” Akira, where’s that girl?”

{Akira}-” She’s outside with the medics, they cleared her alright, but she wouldn’t go home after I asked her to.”

{G2}-[sighs]” Stubborn girl.”

{Akira}-” She’s just in trauma.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” The location has been sent.”

{Akira}-” Let’s go G2.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” Oh no, no no he is not coming with us, He has done enough, we can take it from here.”

{G2}-” I hear the constable is the lowest rank in the police system, they say even a private school gatekeeper earns more than a constable.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[paranoid]” You think you can keep threatening me and go free isn’t it I am a Chief Officer.”

{G2}-[sedate looks]” Not going to be so by sun rise if you don’t go with me, I assure you.”

{Akira}-[seductive tune]” Ginshi he has been a great help until now I think he will aid this operation even more if he’s close by.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[clears his throat]” Just don’t do anything without my permission.”

{G2}-” Yes Chief.”[sarcasm]

[Walks out of the park]

{Hina}-[walks over to Akira]

{Akira}-” Are you sure you don’t want to go home dear, you look bad you need some rest.”

{Hina}-” Where are you guys headed.”

{G2}-[smirk]” We’ve got work to do, want to come along?”

{Akira}-[furious]” G2!!”

{G2}-” What she can’t go anywhere else, right.”

{Akira}-” I told you we are being monitored.”

{G2}-” It’s not like they can see or hear us, it's just our location they have don’t worry she’s just a girl the police are taking in.”

{Akira}-[smiles]” You crook.”

“ Get into the car, dear.”

Shijoo Bridge, Boat house [9:38PM]

{Officer Ginshi}-” There is no one here, how comes they came down here on the surveillance system.”

{G2}-” They might be ghosts, maybe.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” Are you mocking me, boy?”

{G2}-” I have a name you know, it's not boy.”

{Akira}-” We have more important issues on ground, guys.”

{G2}-” Their entrance was spotted in here but not their exit, it means we’re not looking hard enough.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” We searched the whole area, and you think that’s not hard enough?”

{Hina}-” Why would a terrorist come to a boat house instead of the train station if he’s trying to leave the city.”

{Akira}-” The protocols of passage are much at the train station and with the looks of these guys movements they seem to be inexperienced at this, which would make catching on to them psychologically easy. A full-fledged terrorist wouldn’t try to leave the city after his operation, he would wait for the heat to settle because he is always at the top of his psychological game and emotions.”

{G2}-[spots a culvert leading down and smiles]” Where does this culvert lead to?”

{Officer Ginshi}-” Back down to the city, come on you don’t think someone running away from the city would go back to the city through there it only has 2 openings, the one here and the one close to the Hiwa Chemicals Corp.”

{G2}-” So it’s a waste chemical culvert.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” No you i***t, you think anyone would allow them to be passing chemicals into the river, it's just excess water being passed out through it.”

{G2}-[smirk on his face]” Subarashi(amazing/wonderful in Japanese) this night couldn’t get any better.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” The terrorists are still hiding, and you think this is funny right I don’t see you of any use here, come on let's head to the train station I think they might have slipped the surveillance cameras somehow.”

{Hina}-” One of the most troublesome and disturbing scenes I have seen in my life birthed from that man’s smirk and smile, if I were you, I would be on guard Officer.”

{Akira}-” She is nothing but absolutely right.”

{G2}-” Akira, I sent a text of some things I need you to get right now.”

{Akira}-[phone bling]

{G2}-” How far is this opening from the other Chief.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” About 60 ft ahead.”

{G2}-” Perfect come on Akira I need to get some sleep I’m tired so let’s round all this up please.”

{Akira}-” But what do you need all these for?”

{G2}-” To close for the day.”

[Akira leaves right away]

[9:03PM]

[Trucks driving down to the culvert]

{Akira}-[tosses over a bag to G2]” I don’t actually know what you need those for when you already have the real thing.”

{G2}-” Thanks.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” What the heck do you think you're doing?”

“ Why are the Hiwa Chemicals trucks here, of course you are not thinking of loading up that culvert with acids to burn those guys and pollute the environment in the process?”

{G2}-” No, I’m not.”

{Akira}-[frustrated]” Then what are you thinking G2?”

{G2}-[directing the trucks to pour in the chemicals brought into the culvert]” Oh Akira, you disappoint me referring to Ammonia as an acid.”

[deep inside the culvert]

{1 of the terrorist}-[sweating horribly]” It’s really hot in here, are you sure they haven’t left already, I’m going to suffocate to death in here.”

{The ringleader of the terrorist}-” If you don’t shut up, I will kill you before you even suffocate. We bombed that park which killed and injured countless people, you think if we get caught we’re going to be alive, fool?”

{1 of the terrorist}-” So how long do we need to wait out.”

{Ringleader}-[clearing of sweat]” As long as it takes.”

{Other 5 terrorists}-[bitter expressions on their faces]

{G2}-” And that’s all of the Ammonia now I need you to close this culvert opening airtight for me please.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[talks to Akira]” What the hell is wrong with your boyfriend?”

{Akira}-” Stop using mind tricks on me, He’s not my boyfriend, so you can calm down.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[ashamed]” Oh, and why does he call you Akira?”

{Akira}-” It’s a fake name I made up for him because I didn’t want him to use my real name to be calling me.”[smiles]

{Officer Ginshi}-[happy]” You’re right, he doesn’t deserve to call your name Yuki.”

{Hina}-[looks at Officer Ginshi and speaks in low tune]” Poor idiot.”

{G2}-” And we're about to start the show now.”

{Akira}-” Tell us what your plan is, at least.”

{G2}-” I doubt you would understand, you imbecile.”

“ Ammonia is a base which give out a choking smell upon reaction with water. So, I asked for lots of Ammonia to create a choking scenario for our friends in there.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” So you really believe they're in there after all, you imbecile.”

{G2}-” This end of the culvert has been sealed, they will have to use the other now.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[sighs]” Your gamble better pay.”

{G2}-[smiles nonchalantly]” You guys should head over to the other end of the culvert I and the remaining officers will just do a final check to confirm no one’s here go on.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” Come one let's go, Yuki.”

{G2}-[checking around]

{Policeman}-[picks up bag from ground]” This is heavy, what’s inside.”

{G2}-” s**t, I forget to give them the bag.”

{Police man}-” What’s inside.”

{G2}-” Some powerful fire arms found in here. Listen, we need to take these to the station, it seems they were stored for the terrorists to pick up. We can't afford these guns getting into their hands, we will be at a serious disadvantage. So, here’s what we’re going to do, you take 3 police men and take half the guns to the station and I will give the other men the other half too.

{Policeman}-” Why not give us all the same time you don’t trust the police now?”

{G2}-” We can’t put all our eggs in 1 basket can we it's too dangerous if anything happens to you that’s all for the guns and us.”

{Policeman}-” Okay, but you know the Chief.”

{G2}-” Don’t worry, I will explain to him so take your time and be careful.”

{Policeman}-” Okay.”

{G2}-” What’s your name, officer?”

{Policeman}-” officer Kento.”

{G2}-” Good luck, Kento.”

{G2}-[gives the other half of the guns to the other 4 Police men]” You should take a different route from them for more safety. After dropping them at the station, come meet us at Hiwa chemicals Culvert.

{Policemen}-” Okay.”

{Terrorist}-[coughing badly}-” What’s this choking smell?”

{Ringleader}-Shut up and keep on moving, we need to get out of her.”[coughs]

[G2 arriving at the Hiwa Chemicals culvert]

{G2}-” Officer Kento isn’t here yet?”

{Officer Ginshi}-” Thought he was with you.”

{G2}-” I asked him to run an errand to the station a while ago.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” Oh now you’ve started giving my men orders?”

{Officer Kento and other men}-[running to the scene all petrified]” Sir Sir…”

{G2}-” Tell me anything but not you lost the package.”

{Policeman}-” We are sorry we were put in a blind spot.”

{G2}-” And now everyone here is thanks to you.”

{Policeman}-” Sir..were.”

{G2}-[walks quickly]” Just join the formation and be on guard.”

{Akira}-[talks to G2}-” Seems like you won’t be rounding this up quickly as you thought.”

{G2}-” Do you know what the greatest danger of a ghost is?”

{Akira}-” They can’t be seen?”

{G2}-[smirk]” They can’t be fooled since they can’t be seen.”

{Akira}-[troubled]” Whatever you’re planning to do G2, don’t.

{G2}-” I hate overtime in work, you know me, so I always have to wrap things up quickly.”

{Akira}-[worried gaze]” Officer Ginshi, tell your men to be on high alert and watch this man over here.”

{G2}-” That was supposed to be your line before you went for my errand.

[culverts gets opened with rapid gun fires randomly]

{Officer Ginshi}-[yells out loud]” Shoot to kill.”

{Akira}-” Wait, Ginshi no.”

[all the 7 terrorists get shoot down in a ghastly shootout]

{Akira}-[hands on her head]” No, no no nooo!!!”

{Policemen caught and shot in the shootout}-” Chief.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[all freaked out]” Did you get caught in the fire.”

{Policemen}-[confused]” Yes, but I’m not bleeding.”

{Officer Ginshi}-[taking a closer look at the policemen]” What, how is that.. wait, these are blanks bullets. But why would they?”

{G2}-[bloodlust smiles]” It seems my gamble paid off this night, officer.”

{Akira}-[angry]” G2, you bastard.”

{Officer Ginshi}-” Was this your work?”

{G2}-” When you place the rat in a tight angle and fortify him, he gets the spirit of taking down even 10 folds of his current enemy just to live.”

{Hina}-” And did you consider that you could have used them alive to locate the other 4 members of their band.?

{G2}-” That won’t be necessary I’m always thorough in my work right officer Kento?”

{Officer Kento}-” Ahh Amm I’m sorry I told you we lost the guns.”

{Officer Kento}-” What are you saying officer G2 you put us on a dangerous errand, you know that right.”

{G2}-” You can drop the drama the way you dropped off the guns to your boys and lead them to their deaths.”

{Officer Kento}-” The other group we're also given guns so what makes you think we gave out ours and they didn't?”

{G2}-” That would be the case if only all the 2 halves of the guns were real guns and loaded.[smiles]

{Kento}-[brain-dead]” I see, so that’s why you divided the police force into 2 halves, so you could factorize us out.

{G2}-[shakes his head]” Like I said, I’m thorough.”

{Kento}-” And how did you know I would carry my other 3 guys in the group?”

{G2}-” A gamble game is better than a losing one to me. After your boys hide when we saw them on the surveillance system going into the boat house I figured out, there had to be a mole in our mist, so I rolled the dice on the probability of the mole taking his boys with him on the errand to be higher than that of leaving them back, and I played my odds on that.”

{Kento}-” I see. If I told you the name of our sponsor on this operation, would you lessen our sentence.”

{G2}-” That’s not up to me.”

{Kento}-” I thought so.”[surrenders with his boys to the police]

{G2}-” I know how to solve problems without bloodshed when necessary, Akira it just depends on my mood as a ghost as you can see.”
