“It’s not working,” Aurora muttered, defeatedly looking at the cups lying on the kitchen floor around her. She’d tried to wipe them off the table and catch them, the way she did a few times before, but the only thing that happened was gravity winning over her poor attempts to stop the fall. Sighing, she collected the plastic cups and placed them on the table again. She had tried to use her magic every day for the past week, and nothing seemed to work. Mostly because she had no idea what exactly it was that she was supposed to be doing.
