When Aurora woke up the next morning, she did not like the idea of getting out of bed. The sun was shining through the large windows, and she shifted slightly to look at the Leaning Tower. For the first time in years, sheer excitement was able to wake her up more than the first cup of coffee ever could, and it was amazing.
Her bed was so big and soft, that she could spend the entire day just daydreaming. There was no work she had to go to, no appointments, no chores to be done. It felt like vacation.
Eventually, she forced herself to get up and went to the bathroom to get ready for the day. It wasn’t that late yet, and she was wondering, if she could just go outside and explore the area or if Lorenzo thought it was too dangerous.
