There's no way Bella isn't some otherworldly demon.
I wake up happier than I have in days and with a bounce in my step.
I practically leap out of bed.
The floor is cool beneath my feet as I get dressed.
By the time I leave my room, I'm already planning.
Last night I didn't have any nightmares. My mind isn't occupied with any scandals. And certainly no mysterious journalists trying to interrogate me over breakfast.
Just the warm satisfaction of victory.
A grin stretches across my face as I stare at the ceiling. I won. I actually won.
