A few weeks had passed since the time Noel met Sebastian. Noel was in his mansion going through his work. He was ordered by the king to go and help the people who had the southern parts affected by the flood. Noel was going through the reports and documents of it. He planned to head there soon so he had to go through the budgets of the aid.
Noel had finished reading the report and wrote down the total number of budget he now had to prepare for. Just as he was in the middle of his calculation, someone knocked on the door.
