Prologue

It was just a sunny day but it was not that hot because the autumn season is starting. Making it feel a little chill.
Hikaru just finish her class for today and she is on her way for her part-time job. Which she work as a maid in a maid café near her apartment.
'What a lovely day today...' She thought to herself.
As she walk down the street she saw an old lady who is crossing the road. But that's not the problem. The problem is there a car moving so fast in the direction of that old lady. Even the light was red but the driver didn't show any attempt to slow the car.
She quickly jump to push the old lady out of the way. The car almost hit them both if she was a few seconds later. People rush to them and if they need to call an ambulance but Hikaru declined it. When the crowd started to dismissed.
"Are you okay Oba-san?" Hikaru asked the old lady as she help her standing on her to feet.
The old lady patted Hikaru's forearm "Don't worry. I'm fine young woman. It would take more that a car to send me back to my husband".
When the old woman winked at her, Hikaru let out a giggle.She was happy that there's nothing wrong with the old lady.
"Thanks God you're fine Oba-san" Hikaru sighed. But when she saw a glimpse of her watch, she remember about her part-time job. "I'm in a rush Oba-san. If you said you're fine then I'll be going".
Hikaru was about to walked away but the old lady stop her by holding her wrist "Tell me what's your name young woman" the old lady demand.
"Kaname Hikaru. Be careful next time Oba-san" Hikaru said as she run away. She wave at the old lady.
Because Hikaru was far away she didn't heard when the old lady said "Oh, Don't worry. We'll definitely meeting again" she smile at herself before walking at the opposite direction where Hikaru goes. 'I think Hikaru-chan and Ya-chan would be getting along really well' a mischievous smile was plastered on her face.
Little did she know that the old lady will change her life forever. Is it for the better or the worst? No one know.
