I woke up out of no where, and looked around to see that no was in the room, except for me.
'Casey must have went to her room after I fell asleep’, I thought, and rolled on the bed to try to go to sleep again.
But due to all the series of events that took place, and that I had so much things to think about, all the sleep in my eyes vanished into the thin air, like the sleep goddess had deprived me of my sleep.
The moon must have been shining high on the night sky, as it’s light came in to the room through the open window, lighting up my room, and giving it a warm cozy look.
I turned to my side, and looked out of the window in my room. I just stared into the dark background of the night, while mulling over all the thoughts, that was eating away my insides.
