The Record Room was hit by an explosion.
A bookshelf fell over. Hundreds of journals crashed to the stone floor.
Dust was everywhere.
Bella covered her mouth as pieces of the ceiling fell around them.
"We have to get out of the Record Room!" she shouted.
Leo grabbed the journal with the missing pages before it got buried under the books.
"We are not leaving this journal behind, " Leo said.
Elena hurried to the back of the Record Room.
"There is another way out of the Record Room, " she said.
She pulled an iron lever that was hidden behind one of the shelves in the Record Room.
Nothing happened so she pulled the lever again.
The room started to rumble. A narrow passage opened up behind the falling bookshelf in the Record Room.
"Hurry!" Elena called out.
"You do not have time, "
