Leo put his phone down slowly.
Bella immediately noticed that something was wrong with his face.
"What happened?" she asked.
"My father, " Leo replied.
"What did he say?" Bella asked.
Leo looked at Adrian before answering.
"There's a man at the Moretti Estate, " he said.
Bella frowned.
"Who is he?" she asked.
"He won't give his name, " Leo said.
Adrian's face looked serious.
"What does he want?" he asked.
Leo put his phone into his pocket.
"He says he knows who ordered the betrayal, " he said.
There was silence for a moment.
Bella finally spoke.
"That could be another trap, " she said.
Leo nodded.
"I know, " he said.
"But what if it's n't?" she asked.
They drove back to the city in Adrian's car.
No one talked much during the journey.
Each of them was thinking.
